You don't have to carry this alone.
Heavy Hearts Healing is a practice led by Lily Truong, a queer Vietnamese American healing practitioner and death doula based in Southern California.
Through somatic mindfulness and sound healing, Lily walks alongside AAPI, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities, navigating grief, burnout, life transitions, and the tender edges of being human.
Primarily virtual. Available worldwide.
You might be here because...
You've achieved so much, and somehow it still doesn't feel like enough
You've been the strong one for too long, you've forgotten what rest feels like
Your mind won’t stop racing, sleep doesn't restore you, and your body is paying the price
You’re carrying something heavy and don't want to go through it alone
You're done with systems that don't see you, and ready for care that does
Whatever brought you here, you're welcome exactly as you are.
A heart-centered healing practice rooted in liberation and care.
Heavy Hearts Healing offers emotional wellness sessions, sound healing, and grief support for adults worldwide. Sessions are primarily virtual, with occasional in-person availability in Los Angeles and Orange County.
Lily's approach is body-based, trauma-affirming, and grounded in somatic mindfulness and ecopsychology, weaving Eastern philosophies, ancestral wisdom, and depth-oriented practices to support healing that goes beyond the surface.
This is not the medical model. No diagnoses. No insurance forms. Just two people, present with what is.
“Why wait until the end of life to rest in peace when you can rest in peace now?”

"I'm so grateful to Lily for her patient, kind, and generous nature that feeds directly into her practice and to her clients. We met at a time of immense change and upheaval in my life, and her presence and suggestions were and still are in my bag of tools I use regularly to steady the way forward. Your world will be a better place with her in it."
"Lily has made a huge impact on my life. The tools, perspective, and support she has given me have helped me grow in ways that touch every area of my life. I truly feel stronger, more grounded, and better equipped to navigate challenges."
“Lily has helped me through the toughest time in my life. She has given me a safe space for all my thoughts to land. She's never been afraid to introduce different ideas, sensory modes of healing, and exercises and breathwork that she feels would honor where I am on any given day. She listens, validates, challenges, and affirms. She embodies what it means to live in community, offering her services and sharing resources with me. More than anything, she has helped me build a deeper and kinder relationship with my dad beyond my earthly time with him.”
