Welcome, and thank you for being here. I’m Lily Truong…

As a healing practitioner and death doula, my approach is heart-centered, body-based, and trauma-informed. I practice through a social justice lens, bringing the perspective of a Vietnamese+American queer femme who weaves together Eastern philosophies of somatic mindfulness, grounding rituals, sound healing, and contemporary therapeutic modalities.

I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, and my work in community mental health and the juvenile justice system shaped my path. My decade-long career in entertainment and marketing, combined with my experience as a business owner, has given me a rich background in cultivating relationships and building rapport through active listening and narrative storytelling, key elements in forming deep, trusting connections.

My ultimate intention is to share the transformative possibilities of embodied healing and communal care with those seeking support. Grief has been my deepest torment and greatest teacher, and it's the force that has forged my life's work. Deep emotional support can be life-changing. It opened a portal for me to explore new ways of being, healing, learning, and unlearning.

I have divested from licensure to move away from the medical and mental health industrial complex. By decolonizing my practice and extricating myself from oppressive systems, I am aligning my life's work with my core values of advocating for holistic healing and collective liberation.

In my free time, I enjoy surfing, feasting with loved ones, dilly dallying, and cuddling my cat, Tofu.
