I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, and my path began in community mental health and the juvenile justice system, but I chose to divest from licensure to build something rooted in liberation. My practice centers on radical heart-led care grounded in ancestral wisdom and decolonial values, healing relational wounds and intergenerational trauma while reconnecting to land and lineage. I believe in moving through life in a more fully embodied way, where the mind, body, and spirit are flowing in sync.
I strive to provide a non-judgmental, supportive environment where people can explore ingrained patterns and shift toward more ease. Rooted in an empowerment model, I see each participant as having the agency to move through their own healing, with my role as a co-creative facilitator.
One-on-one sessions offer somatic and emotional support, nervous system care, and embodied healing companioning through a relational, strength-based, trauma-affirming approach, shaped by my lived experience as a Vietnamese+American queer femme.
Together, our work can support stress management, trauma processing, relational healing, life transitions, spiritual exploration, career development, and self-discovery.
FAQs
Who do you work with?
I work with adults across the U.S. and abroad. While I welcome people of all backgrounds, my focus is supporting the AAPI, BIPOC (People of the Global Majority), and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Many clients are creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who, despite outward success, feel something is missing or that their best is never enough. Others are students, young adults, and older folx navigating life transitions. Common themes include relationship struggles, anxiety about the future, shame spirals, and feeling stuck. Clients are drawn to exploring the emotional, relational, environmental, and spiritual dimensions of their lives and are committed to growth and self-awareness.
Where are you located?
My practice is mostly online, and sessions meet on Zoom. I reside in Southern California on Tongva Land and travel often. Depending on your location, in-person home visits or outdoor sessions (beach, park, or other green spaces) may be arranged.
What kind of practitioner are you?
I take an integrative approach, blending a range of embodied practices to meet you where you are and offer care tailored to your unique needs. Here are the modalities I draw from:
Relational Gestalt—helps you connect more deeply with yourself in the present moment by tuning in to how your here-and-now thoughts, feelings, body, relationships, and environment all connect; you can recognize old patterns, move through what's unresolved, and find your way toward more ease and self-acceptance.
Somatic Mindfulness—body awareness, breath, and movement to help express what's been held in, gently and at your own pace. This can support ease with stress, anxiety, and difficult past experiences, while building your capacity and resilience over time.
Sound Healing—uses instruments like singing bowls, drums, bells, and chimes to reset the nervous system, ease tension, and invite deeper rest, clarity, and connection.
Attachment-Focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)—treats trauma-related conditions like C/PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Through bilateral stimulation (eye movements, sounds, or tapping), clients reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their intensity and easing related symptoms. Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) applies attachment theory to heal early relational wounds, helping those with insecure attachment or histories of neglect, abuse, or betrayal.
Death Positivity—invites us to meet mortality with openness and compassionate curiosity rather than fear. It encourages honest conversations about death and dying, end-of-life planning, and honors grief as a natural part of life. In acknowledging our shared impermanence, we can discover meaning, connection, and even a deeper reverence for living.
Decolonial & Liberation-Centered—my approach is relational, strength-based, compassion-focused, and culturally sensitive, shaped by a decolonized and intersectional feminist lens centered on abolition and liberation.

How often should we meet?
Consistency is key to creating lasting change. It is recommended that we begin with one session per week to establish a regular rhythm and build rapport. Standard sessions are one hour. Some people find meeting more frequently or having longer sessions beneficial, while others might not find weekly sessions feasible. We can work together to customize an arrangement that best supports your needs.
How long will it take?
Healing is a lifelong, nonlinear process, but I don't believe it needs to happen in ongoing sessions forever. Most clients arrive carrying something specific: depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, or a sense of having lost themselves, sometimes with clear goals, sometimes without. Either way, the work follows a similar arc: understanding where patterns come from, unlearning inherited beliefs and behaviors, and building the tools to handle life differently.
For most, that unfolds over a couple of years, but shifts will start happening within months. Some accomplish their goals and continue with regular check-ins because the work stays valuable; others reach a point where they're ready to go live what they've built, knowing the door is open if life brings something new. Both are a win. The goal was never dependency, but for you to feel at home in yourself and stay there.
